K. There are a number offered on Autotrader at $29k, most with lower mileage than yours, several of which are convertible and one of which is a Targa. Comps are $20k bid on eBay, and an aftermarket warranty is circa $2k. Also it's my understanding that boring colors are better bid. It's a buyer's market. +1, that offer is just plain insulting, for 20K all you can buy is a headache.

I would give the car to a relative rather than sell it for that price
