Up for sale is my ultra low mile 2 owner collector 911 Turbo (AKA "930"). Here are her specifications: Ebay #250338222336
Year: 1984
Model: 911 Turbo (AKA "930")
Miles: 13,799 original miles since new
Ext Color: Slate Blue Metallic - L661 (RARE!!!)
Int Color: Black leather sports seats
Power: 300 hp/300 ft-lb torque (it was a guess)
Engine: 3.3Liter/ 6 cylinders
Vin #: WP0ZZZ93ZES000452
Factory Options:
E63 - Not sure what this option is
018 - Sports Steering wheel with elevated hub
327 - Radio - 1992 model year Blaupunkt "Symphony RDS"
528 - Passenger side mirror convex
577 - Heated and tinted front Windshield
650 - Sunroof
**Also has factory alarm, limited slip, factory fuch wheel locks, and air-con/heating.
To start, this vehicle has always been garaged in its entire existence, hence, there are no signs of rust anywhere to be found on its glossy glasurit exterior. During the day light hours, the vehicle shows a bluish-grey look but at sunset the car takes on a darker grey appearance due to the metallic paint. Furthermore, there are no dents, dings, scratches, or even body work ever redone. The 4 fuch wheels are well preserved without paint chippings and has an all original non-dyed unaltered interior...no wear marks of any kind on these sports seats. This is a completely stock 930 Euro edition which was federalized in Long Island City, New York down to the blaupunkt radio with the exception of the stainless steel custom fabricated exhaust. The only differences between a US spec vs. a EUR spec are the following; side turn signal marker lights, 3rd brake light near exhaust tip, cat eye reflector rear bumper and the higher horse power of 300 at 5,500 rpm vs. its US model, 282hp.
The following maintenance has been done in the last 400 miles w/ all OEM porsche parts:
1. All 4 bilstein sport struts/shock absorbers replaced
2. 4 wheel alignment and corner balancing completed
3. Custom fabricated stainless steel exhaust...very tasteful sound
4. All 4 brake pads were replaced and checked
5. All 4 rotors were replaced
6. Front and rear flex lines (brake lines) were replaced
7. Bled the brake circuit to eliminate any moisture
8. Engine sound mat was replaced
9. All electricals and lights were checked/replaced
10. New Bridgestone sports were mounted
11. All 4 tires were speed balanced
12. Clutch was redone even though not necessary
13. Front and rear fuel pumps were replaced to ensure efficient flow of fuel.
14. 15,000 mile major service was complete including valve adjustment and the works.
15. Al liquids including the transmission was replaced and flushed.
16. Steering lock/ignition replaced due to some difficulty to original
17. Front hood struts were replaced
18. New intake/intercooler seal rings were replaced to ensure optimal boost pressure
The above mentioned work was done by a very skilled professional who specializes in classic turbos. It is evident that I want perfection and even if a replacement is not necessary I still go ahead and authorize the work. The feeling of being in a new car with new mechanicals nearly completes the exhilarating experience of being in a new car...that's what I wanted. The work above was approximately $12k and I have the receipt.
The car comes with the following:
1. Books/manual
2. 3 original keys
3. Service records and history
4. Federalization papers
5. Porsche tire compressor
6. Porsche black leather bra and side mirror covers
7. Original Porsche lettered mats
Please pm with any questions you may have.
Thanks for looking!
