FS: 2003 Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG, Silver/Black, Great condition!

Well after owning this fine car for a short time I've decided to let it go due to my most recent purchase. I bought a Porsche 2 days ago so unfortunately I'm going to put my E55 on the market. I'm not in a dire need to sell it, but it'd be nice to free up some money and some space.
The car has 59k miles on it and it's in excellent shape! Black interior, silver exterior. Great shape inside and out, CLEAN carfax, non-smoker. I believe i'm the 3rd owner; the previous owner was an older gentleman who took very good care of the car. No exterior/interior flaws except a few of the wheels have some curb rash on them, but nothing major other than that.
Now for the options:
Xenons
Heated and Cooled front seats with Multicontour option
CD 6 disk changer
Parktronic (parking distance)
TPMS - Tire pressure monitoring system
Electronic Trunk
The vehicle is stock except the resonators have been removed for a slightly deeper exhaust sound. It is in great mechanical shape, I just had it in the shop this past week getting checked over; I also had a new intercooler coolant pump installed (~$500) cause the original one was starting to go bad. Again, the car is in tip-top shape! Also, it has a fresh set of tires on it with aproximately 2k miles on them.
I'm looking for $26,500 OBO!!
Price drop to $25,000
Located in Roanoke, VA.
I'll have more pictures up in the next day or two of the exterior/interior, but for now these will have to do!

All the pics are up now!
No, aftermarket warranty available through the dealership though. It's in excellent mechanical shape, I just had it in the shop on Wednesday.

It's faster than my Active Autowerke Stage II Supercharged M3 was I feel, mainly due to the low end power it delivers right out of idle. It's quite something! Oh yeah, 6 piston front brakes, 4 piston rears, tons of great options... And it's very classy, and less expensive than building up a BMW to compete with it in these categories.
Do I have you convinced? I can keep going you know...
Trust me, I loved my M3 and I miss it, but the E55 is much more of a car for the price, I guarantee you that.
