Since it's a "buyers market" these days I'm gonna be kind of rude and give you a low ball offer since this is not the kind of car I'm looking for. I'm looking for a cheap E36 M3 to turn into a full on track car, but at the right price I could use a E46 and built it into a race car at a slower pace.
So here it goes...........................
Assuming the car has a clean title and is 100% accident free.
$20.000.- I'll pick up the car tomorrow (or at your convenience). Cash deal of cause!!!
You might think I'm out of my mind, but $20k cash in hand tomorrow would be nice, right???

If it's not what you're looking for, or looking to spend, then why bother? He's obviously not going to take $20,000 for it...
It's worth a bit more than that, even if he had to drop it quick.
