2007 997TT For Sale - 85k

i would tell your buddy to keep it, NYC is the perfect place for a 997 TT, i keep my C4s in NYC as well and it's perfect. Parking is around 500/month and with the cash he's losing on it by selling at that price he could just garage it for a yr or 2 and sell it for around teh same price.
just my 2 cents
great car and good luck

It was about 6500 miles and yes - 6-speed.
As for the price, he had paid cash and needed to drop it fast, so not sure its a commonly seen price...I imagine the dealer that bought it will be asking 90+, but who knows, its a buyers market for sure.

Yeah - he had offers several thousand higher than he dropped it for basically right as that dealer got the car. It was certainly worth more than he was willing to take.
