This is the best car in the world for under $20,000!! 2002 Top of the line SLK 32 AMG Hardtop Convertible. Fastest Mercedes made until 2003. 350 horsepower from a supercharged V6 = 0-60 in 4.5 seconds. Outstanding gas mileage. Has all of the safety and amenities of the 230 and 320 models plus top notch AMG performance, suspension, and braking (Huge 14" rotors!). The AMG seats are also nicer in this model.

The car is under remainder of the full Mercedes warranty. Everything works.....no issues whatsoever. No accidents. This is a dream car.....everyone thinks it's brand new. It is one of the most agile cars I've ever driven.....certainly more than the SL series or any other Mercedes. The BMW Z3, Z4, and M Roadster don't compare. The Porsche Boxster S doesn't compare.

How is this the "fastest production Mercedes"? Extremely curious.

 

It was the fastest production car Mercedes had made up to 2003. 0-60 in 4.5 and 1/4 mile time of 13.00 from tests by the major magazines. I know a few people who've had their stock SLK32's run high 12's. You can do a google search and read the reviews on it.........had exceptional mark, but some people couldn't get over it being an automatic. It shifts faster than any manual transmission made at the time according to Mercedes. I love it, and the manual shifting you can do with it works great.......perfect car in Florida or anywhere else with traffic

 

Wow, that's a killer price! I guess that makes my '99 SLK230 worth about $10 bucks!
