For Sale: 2001 996 Turbo Midnight Blue/blk with MODS
Please look in 996 Turbo/Gt2 section for complete list of mods and
how it is set-up. Pretty serious street/track car.
51,000 miles
$55K firm (I will deliver)
Full Proto PE700 package assembled and tuned on Proto's dyno:
This has full custom intakes, huge Proto Intercoolers, Ford MAF,
second Bosch 044 fuel pump, larger injectors and rails, K24/18g's
adjustable boost controller from inside ****pit. Lo boost = 1.0,
Hi boost = 1.34 bar
19" Champions with PS2's
Cross JIC suspension/tarret adj drop links/H&R sway/993 adj rear toe links
Brembo 355 MM 6-piston front brake kit
Switzer Performance Innovation headers and complete exhaust system
Recaro GT3 Seats (blk), 5-point Simpson Harnesses, AutoPower Rear Roll Cage System with romovable cross bar and harness bar.
Car starts, runs and drives at the touch of the key (no need to depress clutch). To make it a daily driver I would put in seats with more egress/ingress and a quieter exhuast system. I have driven 800 miles in a day in it.
I have done lots of preventative maintenance on it: from the plastic coolant tank to coil packs, belts, etc, etc.

Jim,
You will have pics today as promised.
Interior is in Excellent condition and everything works (except wing stuck in up position). It has what is called small carbon fibre factory interior (all CF looks good),
I added a factory black/CF Porsche steering wheel from a 996 GT2 with airbag intact.
Those pics are from Cars and coffee on saturday in the rain. It was unwashed but
still looks great. Car is available.
I will chat later with those of interest after I email pics.
Luis, thanks for the pics, cars and coffee was fun even in the light rain.
