ahhh ok, nice. man i really like this thing. doesn't help that its so close either lol. i'm in the process of getting my house in missouri city, tx on the market and i'll see what the funds are lookin like after that house is gone. until then, glws.

love the RR, I have to agree one of the cleanest I have ever seen...would you take $45k cash? If not sold by the 7th of October, I will be over in Houston and I would love to come see it and see what we can work out....
