Very nice car. I owned 6 Rx7s and really like them. They were definitely the lightest and sportiest of the Japanese cars of their time except the NSX which was in a different league altogether.
A well done V8 Engine swap is probably a very smart idea. I graduated after blowing several hopped up turbo engines and realizing that an M3 or Porsche turbo would cost less in the long run.
Clean car. GLWS

Yes, the car is available. It still has power steering, ABS, and air conditioning (hooked up properly to work through the gm pcm).

I've had a few pm's about my price and how negotiable I am. Here is another option for those interested, but would like to get in this car a little cheaper.
With the original wheels/ tires and struts on the car along with a 4 wheel alignment I can do 28k obo. I would need a deposit before doing all this. If the car is purchased as is, I will include the original wheels/tires and struts with the sale along with any other parts I have for the car.
This may be a good option for most since it's easy to add coilovers and different wheels/tires later when the extra funds are available. Of course I would rather sell the car as is, so I don' t have to worry about selling parts. I'm just trying to throw some options around.
