Super Clean & Covered under Warranty until 10/15/2012 or up to 83.5K miles! This was purchased as a Porsche CPO vehicle and then before the CPO warranty expired and then warranty was extended for another 4yrs/48K miles by purchasing the top of the line Fidelity Platinum Warranty from my Porsche dealer. Most all of Porsche dealers in the US offer Fidelity warranty. Warranty is fully transferrable and can also be cashed out by owner for the straight pro-rated value of the purchase price (~$1400) based on time/mileage already covered.

I purchased this vehicle just 3 months ago my personal friend and fellow 6-speed owner, 996garage. Since then I have driven it only 1000 miles and have garaged, pampered it every step of the way. Records have been kept for all previous maintenance and repairs.

This 996 turbo has been meticulously maintained at Porsche dealer. Two recent PPI's available to show you, as one was required at time of CPO purchase(@19.5K miles), and another PPI was done when the Fidelity extended warranty was purchased(@34.5K miles). To qualify as CPO status or from regular servicing, the most common 996TT repairs have already been recently completed: clutch, flywheel, clutch slave cylinder, clutch accumulator, spoiler hydrolics, MAF, coolant tank. (Most 996TT all will need all of this servicing performed which will approximately run you $10,000 at the dealer) Most all of this was done purely as preventative maintenance!

No accidents - only minor dent and scratch perfectly repaired on passenger side by Porsche body shop in Feb. 08'. I have full documentation of minor repairs. The PPI documents in Oct. 06' and also the PPI in Oct. 08' both confirm there is no accident damage on vehicle.

No issues with 2nd gear pop-out at all, and I also confirmed this with previous owner. Tranny has been rock solid. Always garaged, non-smoker, tires still have plenty of tread. Never tracked, and only used to drive to work once or twice a week.

Extra Options:
Porsche Sport Seats, UMW flash tune w/ pocket programmer, dealer installed new clutch and lightweight flywheel(orig clutch was still okay), Xenon lights, sunroof, clear corner lights, upgraded exhaust tips, 997 short shifter, Dension iPod Adapter, Carrera GT key fob, alcantara roof liner, tint, & painted bumperettes. LoJack theft recovery system.

Asking $39,995 or best offer. Car is located in Irvine, California. Title in hand.

I also have digitally scanned copies of the warranty and PPI, available at request.

Thank you,

Jason

Some real estate opportunity came up and looking to free up some cash before summer. I still have my M3 as a daily driver. After owning it for just a short time, I find myself driving it alot less than I expected, so I don't have a problem letting it go to a nice new home.

For all interested parties, VIN # is WP0AB29941S685878

Also there was a Starshield Clear Bra installed (not too visible from the pictures). I had this installed in December for $400.

Car is located in Irvine, CA. Scanned PPI documents dated Oct 2008 attached.

This PPI was done at Pacific Porsche in Torrance, CA, and was a requirement before the current Fidelity Extended Warranty was purchased.

This warranty was extended for another 4 years, 48,000 mi from the date of warranty purchase.

Still for sale.

I have also taken the liberty of scanning all the service records since 10/2006 in PDF format sorted chronologically. I have zipped them up in a huge (37mb) ZIP file and uploaded them to an ftp site. If you are interested in seeing them, please PM me and I will send you the link.

Thank you.

Some people have asked about the warranty.

It's a fully transferable, exclusionary warranty. Which means it covers everything excluding the standard wear items (clutch, brakes, tires, etc.).

There is a $100 deductible per incident. But the warranty can be used to get repairs directly at any porsche dealership.

http://www.fidelitywarrantyservices.com/

Again, it's fully refundable to the new owner if he/she chooses.
