Please send me a message regarding what I would have to do to swap the lease. I own a business where I do paint sidework and am unsure of the needed qualifications to take over the lease. I would love to take it over if there is a possibility.

So if this lease includes sales tax, that means at up front, the sales tax was rolled into the lease and the money factor was applied on it. In essence, "interest" is being charged on the sales tax.
I think PasPar2 raises a valid point on the sales tax that definitely needs to be looked into.
If a BMWFS lease is transferred (btw, there's a transfer fee with BMWFS), BMWFS simply doesn't just transfer the lease to the new lessee.
BMWFS takes the remaining balance of the "old" lease and uses that amount to re-calculate the "new" lease and then charges sales tax on that. The "new" lease then "pays off" the "old" lease.
Again, I think this is what PasPar2 is referring to when sales tax is charged again and the months into the lease bears no affect on this.
However, for what STEVE KOJASEVIC is offering ($11k + $750 at lease end), makes the "adjusted" lease payment a great deal.

Why does NY charge the tax up front? That's horrible! They don't even do that in CA! I transferred a Z4M Coupe lease to someone through BMW Financial Services a few years ago, and the process was extremely easy.

A. Sales tax laws can be quite different between states and localities. Most states simply apply the local sales tax rate to each monthly lease payment. Others want the tax paid up front, based on the value of the vehilce or the sum of all monthly payments. See Lease Fees and Taxes for more details.

But the new leasee still has to go through the "application/credit check" process with BMWFS.
I merely explained the "backroom" operation.
