I don't think anyone means any disrespect...I think it's mostly in jest. I may be completely wrong but I think most off the wall comments were meant as jokes.
Good luck with your lease swap. Always appreciate guys putting cars/parts/etc on 6speed first to see if we can get a non-middle man price.
Steve just got out of his X5M lease a couple of days ago and didn't have much luck on the board but it's not to say someone wouldn't bite on your offer. Just FYI, Steve had been offering up a pretty good cash amount up front to whoever took the deal and still ended up going on Swap-a-lease.

Good luck with the home purchase! Looks like you've still got a nice stable of cars to fill up your new garage.
Mortgage rates still seem pretty reasonable and housing prices really haven't rebounded that much yet. Could be a great time to buy!
