Hello all
I am selling this car on behalf of my uncle Ernie who passed away from a 16-month battle with AML. He was beyond a car enthusiast, he loved his toys and treated them with the up most respect always. He has left the car to me but I currently cannot take it on and would like to sell it to a good home to a person that will respect and appreciate it as much as we have.
1967 Corvette roadster, 427/390hp, Good-wood Green, Black vinyl interior, White convertible top, real side pipe car, headrests, tinted glass, power brakes, J56 heavy duty brakes, M21 close ratio 4 speed transmission. This vehicle went though a complete body restoration, un-hit body painted in base coat-clear coat with correct white hood stripe. New convertible top as well as carpets, door panels and original un-cracked dash pads. Gauge cluster was rebuilt and re-calibrated. All suspension has been inspected, with all worn parts being replaced. A true gem - this car runs and drives great. Asking price $115,000.
Currently the car is located in Fairfield county in CT but I will soon be bringing it to Long Island to my home until it sells.
This is the type of car that may sit and wait for the right buyer and thats ok with me. The car is amazing in every definition of the word.
I will be getting more photos shortly, please bear with me, I am out of town this weekend and will be back on Tuesday and possibly be bringing the car to LI next weekend. I have lots of records but will discuss with potential buyers, this car was also only worked on by one shop that I have been in close contact with since my uncle has passed.
Thank you

thank you, a car of this caliber has me running around like a mad man trying to figure out the best outlet to get it sold. If it doesn't sell I am going to put it into barret jackson or a similar auction.

Wow stunning!! Is Barrett Jackson an absolute auction to highest bidder? might take a slight hit, although I go to the one here in Plam Beach every year and I am blown away the price these cars sell for? Plymouth Road Runner all original went for $ 135,000. wow

you can set reserve prices and such but for the most part yea. I may take a hit but this is the type of car that the new owner will find, I am not expecting to sell it this afternoon but the right buyer will come along eventually its just all about getting as much exposure as possible.

wow, looks great. I would ad some interior shots and certainly engine shots.
That is the most desirable motor for these cars, so buyers will find you.
Have you put up an ad on the corvette board? Its huge. good luck with the sale and sorry about uncle Ernie.
