SOLD! Up for sale is my prize possession 2001 996 twin turbo. Seal Grey Metallic over Black Full Supple Leather. Option over standard equipment are, heated front seats, lumbar support for both front seats, digital sound package, AM/FM with CD player, center console painted to match exterior, three spoke leather steering wheel and Porsche crest in headrests. Total MSRP was $117,120.00. This is a three owner Porsche. Sold new at Momentum Porsche in Houston, Texas in April of 2001. Three years later she was purchased by a gentleman in California with 2372 miles. I was lucky enough to acquire this amazing car in July of 2009 with only 6802 miles. All documented and correct. The current mileage is just over 8800. Correct in every way. Since acquired it has been fully serviced, front bumper removed and refinished at Kundensport in Camarillo, CA as well as having all four wheels stripped and refinished factory correct. This is the only paint work on the car. I couldn’t take the rock chips and wheel scratches. Carfax is perfect. The tires have 2000 gentle miles on them. A few modifications of front parking lenses and polished stainless steel lug bolts, EVO diverters and an EPL flash. Very quick and very tight. The battery was changed when I purchased it and has been on a Porsche battery tender since. It has been concours shown twice since July of 2009 with a “best in class” and a “best in show”. This truly is the finest example I have seen for a 2001 996TT. The pictures will tell the story. All books, keys, tools, spare tire, portable pump etc included. This car is as perfect as you will find. If you’re looking for the finest example, this is it. There are NO disappointments with this car. Why was the bumper repainted? How often have the fluids been flushed?

 

As stated in the original listing above, the bumper had some rock chips and I wanted the car to be perfect. Had the wheels refinished at the same time. Since then it has won two concours events. Fluilds were done during a PPI about a little over a year ago and at 6800 miles. First owner had it serviced at 1800 miles. Can't get anything from the second owner as he doesn't recall. This car is one of a kind and the new owner is going to be very proud. Let me know if you have any more questions. Glad to answer.

I've been lucky enough to have this Porsche for over a year and it's been a dream come true. Sometimes life throws you a curve ball. I don't want to let it go but some other priorities concerning family have come up (again). There will another time for me to have such a car and maybe not as perfect as this one but a man has to do what he has to do. One lucky person is going to continue the dream with this one for sure.
