2000 S4 with OEM RS4 Widebody BUILT motor and TiAL605s

Year: 2000
Make: Audi
Model: S4
Price: $36000
Mileage: 80000
Color: Nogaro
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): IL
Transmission: Manual
Drivetrain: 4WD & AWD

I am really on the fence about whether to sell the car or not but I have other priorities to focus on so I don't have as much time as I once did to enjoy the car (moving to DC).

Any questions you can e-mail me at alexjb80@gmail.com.

There is an interesting story behind this car as it was one of the first OEM RS4 widebodies in the country and used to belong to one of Don Istook's friends that participated on the Champion Race team. The car has an IL title and I have all the documentation from the previous owner. I got this car in Canada and as soon as it arrive I have had it taken apart to have brand new TiAL 605s installed and the motor built along with built 2.8L heads.

Everything on the car is brand new and the motor was just balanced and finished up. The car has taken me a good 6 months or so to finish up and I am literally picking it up this week. The RS4 seats look practically new since the guy I got them from in the UK took them out after a year and stored them up until he sold them to me. I also have the alcantra RS4 steering wheel to go along with the car.

Basically whomever buys this car is getting a brand new car with all components being brand spanking new. Kelly Moss Motorsports built the car. I just took the car on a trip to NC from IL and it was VERY smooth and a great ride with the RS4 seats.

I am going to get a meth kit installed (Aquamist HFS-3) before I take the car to EPL and get a tune on 93 using their AWD dyno.

These parts and project took me forever to obtain so whomever gets this car is going to enjoy it. Whomever does buy the car, I would like to sign a document allowing me to buy it back if it comes back up for sale in the future because I know I will want it back once I have more time for the car. For now I know I just don't have the time to enjoy it with my new job in DC.

Here are the other details

80k miles on Chassis and 2k miles on the motor so far. Just about every part on the car has been replaced but I will try to detail everything as best I can.

Will post up some more picture of the interior and some of the engine bay shots in the next day or so since car is not located at my place.

Still have to get a final revision done on the dyno since I was holding off until I got the methanol injection installed. I can see if the shop has the current dyno logs to post up.

Here is one of the bay shots taken when the motor went together.

Yes OEM RS4 recaros installed that I imported from the UK. I can post more pictures later on in the week when I have a chance. I use the transit in the city so don't have the car at my place at the moment.

I'm guessing you don't have the rear RS4 seats in since they are from an avant.

Hey guys sorry for not getting back to your answers I have been really busy with transitioning to a new position in DC but I just got the new DSLR so I will be taking some good pictures to post later today.

OEM RS4 rear seats are custom mounted perfectly. I had a custom bracket built by the shop so that it would fit and it looks beautiful. I took all the detail in mind to do this all right. If you see this car in person you will be in awe.

Just shoot me an e-mail for the VIN# (alexjb80@gmail.com) and I would be more than happy to provide it for you. The car fax comes up clean and I used to have a paper copy but lost it. I would be more than wiling to get another one for a serious buyer.

The car is up and running and I drove it about 1500 miles across country to visit family and driving it back 1000k miles to finish the break in on the motor. It is only on the base tune right now and I have to take it to European Performance Labs in Connecticut to get the dyno tune completed.

I am also a little more motivated to complete a sale since I picked up another car yesterday so the first person in the $29k+ range takes it. I never thought I would sell the thing this cheap but at this point I am too busy with my new job in DC to justify keeping it. Also considering I have almost spent that much on all the recent modifications it is a pretty good deal as most of the RS4 stuff is hard to come by.
