Excellent condition 997.1 TT Cab Tip for sale by original owner. 13500 miles. Baby is on the way but I have too many sports cars so one of them has got to go. I'm letting this one go below market price but there's absolutely nothing wrong with the car. In fact, the car has always been babied as I never rev the engine when cold, the car has only been to one DE event in El Toro and only been driven moderately fast. MSRP was $148K and change with Natural Cocoa Leather interior, leather sun visor, rear console and in a few other place, sport chrono, backup sensors. I have been using a Miltek exhaust and a spare ECU w/ EVOMS tunes on the car since new but these items are not being included in the selling price of $89,000. Car has been clear bra'd since new so it has no rock chips in the paint whatsoever. Never in any accident and not even a curb rash on any of the rims. In other words, car is in pristine condition.
