FS: 2009 E92 M3 AW/black PA

Year: 2009
Make: BMW
Model: M3
Price: $50000
Mileage: 29000
Color: Alpine White
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): PA
Transmission: Automatic
Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive

I have decided to sell my Alpine White 2009 E92 M3 and it’s parts. I want to try and offer someone the car as I’ve envisioned it so far first before a possible part out if it does not sell. I’ve taken great care of this car maintenance wise and it’s been a blast to own. As it sits right now it has ~29,000 miles on it with oil changes every 7,000 miles (Just done at 29,000 miles along with a full check and replaced the spark plugs). Speaking of warranty it’s always been serviced at Thompson BMW and still has it’s full 4yr/50,000 mile warranty (about 2.5 years remaining. I was going to hit the mileage cap before time). iDrive and DCT software is fully up to date. I am the original owner (nonsmoker) and bought the car new from Princeton BMW. This means I have the title (not some bank or BMW Financial) and I don't have a loan or lean on the car. It has never been tracked nor taken to the drag strip.

The car:
• Alpine White Exterior
• Black Leather interior
• Brushed Aluminum Trim
• Premium Package
• Cold Weather Package
• Comfort access
• iDrive (navigation)
• DCT
• EDC
• iPod and USB adapter

The Kelly Blue Book for this car with 29,000 miles sits at $53,280 as it is in excellent condition(KBB used as a reference point). Now on to the good stuff.

Mods staying with the car:
• Matte Black Kidney Grilles
• Matte Black Side Gills with tinted turn signals
• Painted reflectors
• Black and white roundel replacements (NOT STICKERS!)
• Matte black ///M3 trunk badge with traditional M color stripes
• 20% window tint on side windows and rear window
• 35w HID Angel eyes with 12,000k bulbs in the car now and 20,000k blubs on the shelf
• 6,000k Turning bulbs to match the angel eyes and headlights
• Stoptech Stainless Steel Brake Lines
• Motul 600 fluid
• OEM 18”s with OEM sized PS2's (great condition, a gentle 5k miles on them). There is a small amount of curb rash on the driverside front wheel.
• Macht Schnell Air Filter

I also have a matte black JL Motoring 3D lip I bought however fitment wasn’t great. I started dremmeling and making it work just never got around to installing it. I will put this in with the car for the buyer to decide if they want to install it or not.

For everything I’m looking for $50,000, OBO. Lowballs will be ignored. The car is located in Doylestown, PA. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask! Thanks for looking!

Car is SOLD!

Is the car lowered? I can't tell. You want $60k with only those cosmetic mods?

No it is not lowered. It still has it's EDC system. I liked it too much to put coilovers in and will never use springs as it shortens the life of the shocks too much for just looks. I think the car sits perfectly on the 19"s.

$60k seems like a lot but the major culprit for the price are the RAC Monolites. They are specifically made for the e9x M3 offsets and are arguably the best wheels for the car. They require no spacers, look great, incredibly strong (8k forged by champion motorsports in Japan), light and this is one of 75 sets ever made for the car. They are pretty unique and get compliments all the time. I doubt any more will be coming out of Japan soon, if ever.

nice car....

but between this one's price, and the other one just listed....I think you BMW owners need to have a pow-wow to discuss pricing.....as you are both "off the wall"

good luck. Your best bet is finding a trust fund high school kid out of cali.....he may buy it.

Again....very nice car, but pricing must be more competitive if your looking to sell.

If the wheels are really "all that"...you should sell them seperately, and price the car more realistically.

Gotcha. I didn't see it had those wheels. I almost bought a set of RAC Monolites for my old E46.

i think the mods frown upon price policing...if you have issues with the op's price you should take them up via pm, not in the post.

Thank you Cohenfive. It's amazing how many people simply ignore the rules on here. If someone doesn't like what they see then move along, it's not your forsale thread and as far as I'm concerned they aren't interested in the car and pick on the price. It's a form of slander because now my thread is useless. Even though this is a higher end forum it's a shame a bunch of people don't understand simple courtesy.

I have gone ahead and altered my price because I will be parting out the major pieces. If you're interested and don't like the price, make an offer.

It appears that a reminder is necessary....the forum rules for commenting on pricing gents...

Commenting about price
The Marketplace Forums allow members and friends to buy and sell items in a friendly environment. It is not an open forum to critique asking price or the item for sale.

The Automobiles for Sale forum has recently had several complaints from sellers, buyers, and other users regarding comments being made about the particular car being sold.

I'd like to re-emphasize. Please do not make any comments about the asking price of items being sold. If you have interest in the car, or feel obligated to comment about the price, do so by PM. Comments about a price being "too high" detracts from the sale and is disrespectful to the seller. Would you want your ad to be infiltrated by comments about your selling price?

Please be respectful of your fellow 6speed members.
