2004 Nissan 350z Road Race Car - Piper Cage - Over $67k Inv - Never Seen the Track

Year: 2004
Make: Nissan
Model: 350Z
Price: $27995
Mileage: 72211
Color: Blue
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): KY
Transmission: Manual
Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive

For sale my 2004 Nissan 350Z that has been professionally converted to a road race/autocross vehicle. It was recently corner balanced and with 170lb driver the 350Z weighted in at 3300lbs. Only the highest quality parts have been installed to be competitive in any class you decide to enter. The 350Z has not seen the track yet and has only a few street miles to verify the alignment settings. With over $67,000 in parts you won't be dissapointed. The 350Z has been updated with a tremendous amount of design and work into the suspension, aerodynamics, and braking. The vehicle has also been upgraded with the 2006 RevUp VQ35DE that bumps up the horsepower while keeping it naturally aspirated and legal to run in many different classes.

Suspension improvements include KW Club sport coilovers, SPL v3 front upper control arms, SPL v5 front outer and inner tie rods, SPL rear toe links, mid links, and camber links.

Braking is handled by a Brembo, custom painted, 14" 6 piston front and 13.6" 4 piston rear slotted big brake kit and upgraded Carbotech pads. Volk TE37 18x10.5" Flat Black Wheels wrapped in Toyo R888 tires and Rays black short lug nuts sit on all four corners.

Aerodynamics include an authentic Nismo v2 front bumper, APR heavy duty front splitter with 6 secure points, Seibon +10mm wider carbon fiber front fenders and the world record setting Aeromotions R2.Two Active Spoiler. I have also added the 2007-08 Nissan OEM hood and Aerocatch hood pins to secure the hood at any speeds.

Performance has remained fairly simple to keep the vehicle legal. These improvements include a Haltech Plug and Play Engine Management System, Haltech dual wideband, one sensor on each bank, and dual gauge to keep an eye on air fuel ratios. A motordyne plenum spacer, XERD long tube headers, and the Greddy Ti-C exhaust finish it out.

The driveline has been strengthened with a Quaife Limited Slip Differential (LSD), Injected Performance rear differential brace, ACT Streetlite flywheel, and Exedy stage 1 pressure plate and disc. I have also installed the Nismo adjustable short shifter to help with quicker shifts around the track.

Cooling modifications include a custom 82mm, extra large radiator with aluminum fan shroud and electric fans, Nismo finned differential cover, custom engine and differential oil coolers with temperature sensor, and engine coolant bypass to help coolant flow to the rear cylinders.

Interior and Safety has been upgraded with a Piper Motorsports safety cage (known as one of the best if not the best cage builders on the east coast), Recaro XL racing seats with adjustable driver sliders, window net, ATL fuel cell with containment cover, Safecraft fire extinguishing system with pull handle, and remote battery kill switch. A Sparco Suede Racing Steering wheel and quick release system has also been installed.

The 2004 Nissan 350Z has been upgraded with future engine performance modifications in mind. The ATL fuel cell houses a custom 3 fuel pump slosh box (currently only one pump is active), custom 3 to 1 aluminum y-block, and larger fuel lines going up to the Injected Performance fuel rails. Deatschwerks 1000cc injectors are also currently running flawlessly on this engine.

The Nissan 350Z was finished off with a custom Lamborghini LP640 matte blue paint job, this IS NOT a wrap, and fully painted cage and interior.

An opportunity has come up that I cannot pass up so our loss is your gain. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to email me at gbaker@iglou.com.
