I am the 2nd owner and picked this car up late 2007 with just under 300 miles on it. It was pretty much new and even had the original stickers from delivery on dash, etc.
As little as I drove it over the last 4 years, I'm driving it less and less these days. I now work for a car company who happens to produce a car that is not a BMW, so showing up in this to work isn't "appropriate".
So it just sits in the garage, rarely seeing daylight on weekends.
Mechanically, the car is perfect. My old man owns a European auto repair shop down here, so anything any of my cars ever need gets taken care of immediately (regular oil changes, etc).
I am asking $45,000 as it sits with the HRE's and stock wheels/tires included. $42,000 with stock wheels only. Car is located in S. Florida.
UPDATE: 08/11/11...Price drop to $43,000 with the HRE's or $41,000 with stock wheels!

I took some interior shots today for anyone interested.
I also snapped some current exterior shots showing the black grilles (and a couple other M cars)
Thanks for the interest guys...

Trust me, very frustrating. Race car is an obvious no, e36 is my old man's so that's out, and M5 gets no use. They look good in the garage though

fox04sti, thank you. My neighbors think I'm crazy...I pull them out of the garage, clean them all the time, and put them back in without really driving them.
Technically, 3 generations of M3's (e30 M3 body, e46 M3 engine, e36 m3 full car) in the pics...
Anyway, back to the M5. Still available guys. A few offers that are close. Car looks great with the stock wheels if you would like to save a few grand. With the 12mm/10mm spacers on the stocks, it actually looks pretty aggressive.

Thank you for the offer but unfortunately I can't pick up yet another car that I won't be able to drive much. Similar to the M5, it would just sit there.
Thanks for all the comments guys.
