Hey this might be a dumb question but Porsche warranties are transferable right? I always thought they were but someone told me the other day they weren't...

 

CPO is transferrable in private party sales, but if the car is traded in to a non-Porsche dealership the warranty is void.

 

Also realized that the last 'owner' entry isn't an owner entry, it's a title entry present from the same previous owner, who lost the title and had to re-request it... same owner, same name on both titles. It shows up correctly if you look at the details. The web version of the report just lists the number too high under 'owners'. It should say titles / retitle.

 

Does it have the front lift?

 

Front lift was not available in 2007.

 

Correct, not until 997.2.

The alternative is the cup front splitter from FVD.

Another alternative is to retrofit the bilstein/cargraphic front axle lifting suspension system, according to this thread:

Thought I had it sold, but dedicated just buyer decided it was too much of a track car (even after visiting from out of town driving it and loving it). Go figure. Anyway - it is available again/still.
