This is a 2011 BMW X5M, (the X5M is not a choice on the menu) list price is approximately $94000. The car is black/black and it has most if not all options. Current mileage is 12,300 miles. The car currently is garaged in NYC on Park Avenue South and East 22nd Street. Most of it's life it lived in a hearted garage in NJ.

It was a 36 month lease and I believe there are about 19 or 20 remaining month. The car is allowed 10,000 miles a year and I have put on 12,000 miles in 16-17 months...Additional miles are .20 cents. Residual value/Buyout is $52,300.

Monthly payments are $1388 including NJ State tax. I changed the tires from run flats which were great but a bit harsh in NYC, the car was meant to live the good life in a nice place in NJ...That's why I am letting her go..

ATc5, I just pm'd you my number...I won't do much if any incentive unless it happens real fast, other wise I'll put it out there...

It's an incredible vehicle , it's fun to basically control who can and can not pass you at will..

It's a blast but not in the city where and how I drive...I also like the settings at the most hardest ride..

I changed over the regular tires to soften up the ride and it's softer but in some ways the run flats performed better...until you hit something then bye bye wheel and tire.

Good lease price. My 36mo/15k year is $1580 month, tax paid, on a slightly lower MSRP.
