Back to the top. Deal backed out today because an out of state buyer wanted to pick the car up on Sunday with a bank check and I wanted cash. I explained I didn't feel comfortable letting it go without verifying the funds. Hell I sold my Porsche Turbo for 3 times that much and the guy brought cash.

Interested in your E36 M3 Convertible
I am very interested in your M3 but I don't have enough posts yet to PM you. I tried and it got rejected.
Anyway, can you please email me your phone # and contact information to sytynut@hotmail.com.
I'd like to call you and discuss the car.
I am a serious, professional, cash in hand (no loan needed), mature no BS potential buyer.
Please get back to me.
Thank you in advance.
Peter H.

If you say "original owner car" that denotes that you are the original owner and only owner of said vehicle...
where is the confusion, I think you were quite clear in this

Saying it's a "one owner car" means it had one owner previous, other words had been owned by one person, thereby making you the second owner. You are correct. I don't see the confusion.

Sorry OP, I was still subbed to this thread and was catching up and read what was going on. I highly doubt you were trying to deceive anyone and any issue or question could have been revealed by a history report and directed to you privately. The way it is worded now accurately portrays the history of the car imo. Free BUMP and GLWS!

Congrats! Hey how did you get it sold, forums or other source and did you get around what you were asking? I am having a hard time selling one of my cars, it's a modded SL55 AMG with warranty and all...I've lowered the price a few times....I've got it psoted here and on a couple of mercedes sites and autotrader and cars.com.... anything else I could do? I've gotten a few of those "we sell your car for you" folks who apparently have an online network, ebay, google, facebook and online dealer distribution channels they claim they can sell the car within 45 days. Any thoughts on this?

Thanks, It sold on a BMW forum but I've also had great success on CL with other cars. I never had any issues selling any of my cars and never needed a selling service to help me. Just have great pictures and price it right and post it all over the net. Hope that helps.
