This is for a mostly stock 2001 Porsche 996 Turbo that has been meticulously maintained and is in fantastic shape. It has always been garaged and the interior is in great shape as is the paint and body.

I have performed the 30k maintinence including changing the spark plugs (recommended at 30k miles and generally about $1200 in labor) at 28k miles. Also I've adressed several of the common maintinence items on the 996 turbos.

• Change upper and lower coolant hoses (26k)
• Changed coolant (26k)
• Changed Brake fluid (26k)
• Installed new Bosch Diverter Valves (common failure item) - (28k)
• Replaced driver's window regulator (Feb 2012)
• Replaced clutch master/slave cylinders (see below)
• Replace MAF sensor (27k)
• Fresh Yokohama AD08 tires with around 500 miles on them

Here are the modifications:

• Porsche 997 GT3 shifter (with a shorter throw)
• Porsche GT2 Slave cylinder (Removed clutch accumulator -- these fail all the time, and the GT2 part is much more reliable)

Also included is a Switzer/Softronic tune (~$1500 value). This is currently not applied to the car (but I can do so if you wish), but with the cable and software you are able to flash back and forth to a tuned/untuned state. The tune basically increases HP about 20% by increasing the boost from 0.7 bar to 1.1 bar.

I've priced this to move as I am moving soon. I treated this car like I'd own her forever and did all of the above maintinence proactively. She has been reliable and treated me well.

 

Great looking car, Great price, this should move quickly.....Crazy to see this car for $39K and then a VW Golf above it for $40K with more miles.
