There's nothing else in the price category that compares... or even in price categories higher within reason. You can be sure you will never see another Noble on the street when you drive yours unless you are very lucky or you planned it. It just doesn't happen. Can't say that about almost everything else out there, short of an Enzo. Maybe it's just L.A., but I regularly see Bentleys, McLarens, Gallardos, Aventadors, F458's, 599's, and even Veyrons, depending on where you are.

I heard 1G was selling their last AER engine for 7k shipped to your door in a crate. Not sure if it's sold already.

Maintenance ain't too bad. The build manual gives you a lot of info and I just take it to my Lotus mechanic and he works on it. Says it's a lot easier to work on than the Lotus.
Hmm, sounds like more of a track car. Not saying I would need something with all the electronic nannies, but some of them (ABS and stability control) just make sense and help save lives. Or at least save me from killing myself. I like what I've seen and read about the Noble so far, because it fulfills a criteria I have about cars, that they be extremely quick, handle superbly, and aren't something you see on the road everyday. Even with my GT-R, I could go weeks or months without seeing another one. Yet I would see Porsches, MB's, BMW's, Vettes all the time. My actual dream car is a Diablo, but as that car is still selling for over $100K, it's out of my reach for a fun car to have.

It is a track car. It never had pretense of being anything else.

GT-R's are about as common here as a Porsche 911 which is about as exotic as a Corvette, which is not exotic at all.

Diablos are actually way more rare than a Gallardo or Murcielago. The Ferrari 458 is more rare than the 599/California. Go figure.

I get the impression that in the Los Angeles area, high end and exotic cars are a dime a dozen. Not so in the DC area. There are a lot of MB, BMW, and Porsche to be sure, but I just don't see many GT-R's.

The 3 series and C class are everywhere. The 5 series fill the streets. Nobody bats an eye for Porsches. We are just too spoiled.

The car does come with air conditioning and a radio which is all you need in a weekend car to go cruising to cars and coffee or go to the track with for a weekend. The car isn't as comfortable as a gtr but I didn't get the car to be comfortable in traffic I got it for how it feels to drive and all the stunned faces I get when I drive by. If you want to talk to more Noble owners and maybe find one in your area come over to Noble forums.

Okay, thanks for the suggestion. Can you recommend any Noble forums?
