Beautiful Ruf Vin 3400K for sale! This car is extraordinary. There are only two in the U.S. It only has 26K miles and comes with a full Ruf warranty good through the end of this year. I am the first retail owner as this was one of the Ruf's personal cars. Needless to say it was built and broken in right, never has burned a drop of oil. The car dynos out at 465HP and is fast as all get out above 4K rpms. It handles like a slot car with the Ruf suspension, simply incredible. It also has the big Ruf brake package. This is the way a Cayman should and will never be.

It also has a custom $5500.00 JL Audio stereo system that was installed and designed by the JL factory. The sub is strapped in and removable. The head is a Kenwood 9990 and has Bluetooth, Sat radio, IPod, DVD, and front and rear cameras installed. It also has an XL carbon fiber spoiler. I have all of the paperwork back to the beginning including the sticker and build sheet. The car is flawless, no stories.

So why am I selling? One reason and one reason only, I have a chance to buy a Ruf RT12S. It is a car I have always wanted but wasn't in my reach. I can't keep both or I would. Plus I only have a three car garage anyway.

Do you have any videos of the car in action? I've looked online and have never seen that engine flexing its muscle.

No I don't. I've never tracked it so never an opportunity to really shoot any video. I can tell you it flat runs especially from 4-7K. It will get your attention up in that range. The great thing about it that I may actually regret with the RT12 and K24's is it acts like a N/A car down below, no lag. The Rufs are so good at what they do all the way around.

 

What an extraordinary car...I cannot say I'd even heard of this car outside of the video game world! Awesome to see photos of a real one. GLWS!

 

Holy crap I want! Such an amazing car! I had no idea the 3400K had that much HP!

 

It's crazy, between 4.5K and 7.5K its as fast as any twin turbo I've had but down below it drives totally like a N/A car, very quick and responsive. It's genius. The curve is completely linear. There is a LOT more to these Ruf cars than just tuning. Anybody can tune, it's creating/perfecting the overall homogenous experience that separates, especially in the Vin cars where he can build and tweak to perfection.

This is true. My RT12 feels better than any 911 turbo, stock or modded, I've driven. When people look at it and say man, "that's a badass custom 911", I sometimes correct them (when I know they can get it, most can't) and tell them its a 100% stock Ruf RT12. You're gonna love the RT12, btw
