You're right on point that for those capitalize on opportunities like this, can sure part the entire car and make at least double of my asking price; and I'd do it too if I have the time and resource (explained in the original post on page one of this thread), but since I've neither at the moment, I'm going to take a hit at a greater loss not by choice.
