SOLD!!!

If you have never seen this car before, please do a Google-search of “LEXUS IS1000” first, recognize and understand the status of this vehicle before you read on the following detail; here's one from LEXUS.com, click "SEMA Showcase Winner".

The LEXUS IS1000 you are currently browsing is the ultimate SEMA competition winner directly from Lexus North America. This vehicle is an important piece of LEXUS history, as it was debuted side-by-side during the North America unveiling of LFA in 2009. However, unlike the LFA production of 500, this IS1000 is ONE-OF-ONE. Lexus acknowledged this vehicle-build because it represents its brand well, as an example for “Pursuit of Perfection”.

The vehicle was built with the rarest and most expensive parts from Japan, all authentic, and no shortcut was taken. Many of the rare parts on this vehicle are highly desired and would take years to source for anyone else to attempt it, let alone put together by the professionals. True collectors and enthusiasts understand the value just by digesting the detail specs below, parts alone totaled worth well over $100,000.00 USD, not including labor; despite the extraordinary cost of the built, the status alone is priceless- ownership of the world’s only “LEXUS IS1000”.

The authenticity of the vehicle status is shown through a screen-shot of it being feature (currently) on LEXUS’ home-page HERE as well as an OEM promotional-video that was shot for its SEMA debut. Again, a simple Google-search shows the entire world recognizing the status, the reputation, and the value of this vehicle

Here is the OEM promo-video from Lexus North America:

For the total spec, there are more than $100,000.00 USD worth of parts (just parts alone, in market price, not MSRP) that are equipped on this vehicle, not including the fees for labor and installation. The Debut:

One of many e-Press from Lexus North America:

One of the biggest reason why I have to let this baby go is because I will be soon selling the house where this is stored and move closer to the school where I'll be attending for my master degree; with that said, here are some of the most recent pics, taken in front of the house:

The condition of the car is as perfect as the recent pictures show, and now that you’ve seen it and read the description with detail specs, please PM me if you are a serious buyer. The mileage of 30,000 is regarding the chassis, but the motor setup has only been driven for 1000 miles or less, very well maintained. The car is available to be ship/transport lower 48 states (Interstate Line is a great vendor of this board that have transported my Rover before to North Caroline and they did a very good job), and if you are an oversea buyer, arrange the shipping on your own with the container to leave from Long Beach, and I can deliver the vehicle to the freight company near the port once it’s set up.

Again, please PM me if you would like to discuss further (ask question, make offer..etc). Thanks!

wow, rarest and most expensive parts that takes years to source?

Gonna suck when you need to replace a part later.

Looks like a nice build, but going thru the add didn't see any power numbers, weight and other cool specs people are looking for. My suggestion is to provide that on the ad so it can quickly be scanned.

Not one by one, but to get everything at the right price, yes; for example, that Veilside intake manifold w/ throttle body, originally sold before being discontinue for probably around or not much than $2k, but in the market it has been going for $4k~$5k through out some years after, and I've seen it even as high as $6k and above. Would that be something that break easily and needs to be replaced? I highly doubt it.

Don't remember the exact number on weight, had it the last time it was corner balanced, so it's not that hard to acquire if necessary; although, I don't think w/ a full interior & trunk audio work that this number matters much, if the new owner decides to strip down both area then that would make a decent difference in weight, depends on what the new owner has in mind to take on the purpose of this build. Power wise, going from low to high, with the current turbo & the current A/R ratio housing, it puts out between high 4xxrwhp to low 5xxrwhp on pump w/ the lowest boost setting (under 1bar), and hit can hit the 6xxrwhp zone on race fuel w/ higher boost setting (1~1.5bar); with a different turbo such as the T51R Kai and a change in fuel & tuning on the setting, plus race fuel and 2bar of boost it was in the low 8xxrwhp zone. To really go above and beyond, T62R BB + further upgrade on the fuel hardware & transmission, a new tune on the FconVpro it already has, over 4 digits rwhp is not out of the question. PM me for more details.

Thanks for the kind words, the built definitely paid off well when the ground work is properly done on the motor, especially going everything with the same brand like HKS (not that I'm a brand *****, ok, maybe a little ) it allows further bolt-on interchangeable like the turbo upgrades from HKS, it can be fairly easy to swap with different A/R housing, or a different turbo from the same company, as they're using the same manifold with similar, if not the same flange. Tuning on the software side can be easily adapt to as well, the FconVpro + the touch of Justin Nanni (authorized HKS software tuner) = winning.
