Hey all, I've had my ariel atom since new, delivered March 2007, it's been the most awesome machine to own and operate, but, I'm looking for something new, and pretty much settled on a 997.1 turbo, so I figured I would post this up here in case any of you were interested in a trade or interested in an atom none-the-less.

A couple of things you may not know, you can not currently purchase a new atom with a supercharger, which means the best you can get is a mild 230hp (flywheel) honda. Additionally, you can only get the one piece fiberglass seat, which is not that comfortable on long trips, and very time consuming to adjust. This atom comes with the best of all worlds, individual sparco seats, easy to adjust separately, it's currently producing 278whp, versus about 185whp on the current atom 3, and has the atom 3 windshield retro-fitted which actually is the best day to day driving improvement I have done. I've upgraded the supercharger, and intercooler system to prevent heat soak and it's doing a fantastic job versus stock, my last track day it was 108 F and I drove the atom 90 miles to the track, raced all day and drove home without a peep, it's really a fantastic car.

Price is $60k, or would trade for the right 997.1 plus cash for the difference as I'm thinking the 997.1's turbos would require a bit more than $60k to purchase.
