I’m the 2nd owner and purchased the car from a fellow M3post member located in San Diego in May 2011 when the car had about 7k miles. It has about 14 months and/or 21k+ miles left on the factory warranty as it was purchased in late July 2010 from Sterling BMW in Newport Beach (Sticker Price was $73,625). The car has either been in a garage or covered parking structure at work most all of the time when it was not been driven. This is a California car despite being registered in Nevada. The car has been well taken care off with no accidents, paintwork, stories, never tracked, etc. I recently performed the 30k mile service at my local dealer.

Looks like the one of the buttons on your jeans got the best of your Driver's seat. Otherwise this car looks so perfect. GLWS- I absolutely love it

 

A few other people also asked if the front driver's seat has a blemish on it, it doesn't....here's another picture showing that it's in good shape...

 

Oh great, now I have no reason to talk myself out of buying it... sheesh... VERY nice car!
