2012 Turbo S Cabriolet Carrara White/Black w/ $185k MSRP Nor-CA

Year: 2012
Make: Porsche
Model: 911
Price: $137500
Mileage: 12900
Color: Carrara White
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): CA
Transmission: Automatic
Drivetrain: 4WD & AWD

Up for sale is my 2012 Turbo S Cabriolet in Carrara White w/ a factory MSRP of $184,575.

On top of the factory options, the car also has the following dealer installed options:
Center console Ext Color
Headlight washers Ext Color
19” Champion RG72 Wheels
Cargraphic Exhaust System w/ Flaps
(sounds conservative in normal mode and beast in open mode)
H&R Springs
Clear bra complete front bumper, hood, and half fenders. I also just replaced the rear clear film due to yellowing.
Other than the above, the car is completely stock.

Carfax shows 3 total owners, but there are actually only 2. Previous owner got a loan out on the car to free up funds so Lienholder was added to the title causing carfax to show an additional owner. Carfax will be provided.

I do have a Clean and free of Lien NV Title in hand and can be transferred from a private party to private party if you live in a state that does not collect sales tax from private sales. If buyer chooses to have the car CPO I can also run it through my local Porsche dealer but all inspection and CPO fees would be paid by the buyer (I would guess the cost to be $3-5000 range).

PPI are welcomed at buyer expense.

The car had a full detail less than 2 months ago so it’s in showroom condition and ready for a new home. I will detail the car once more before buyer picks up and will shampoo and seal the convertible top with Ragtop.

Priced at $145,000 as is

At $145,000 with the option list this car has I feel it’s more than competitive with what’s on the market today. My dealer friend ran the VIN through Manheim and there’s only one similar car listed at $135 w/ no other significant factory options and in black. I’m not a fan of black and we all know Carrara White is the best color for the TTS

Any other questions please call or text me at (916) 625-6085 or email 2012PorscheTTS@gmail.com as I am not a frequent visitor to the forums.

Car is located in Roseville, CA 95661 (about an 70 miles from San Francisco).

Beautiful Car!!! Having recently pre sold my 2012 TTS to order a 2014 TTS to the local dealer here in Silicon Valley, Porsche cannot CPO a car that has any modifications. The only mod I had was an Akrapovic exhaust system. Everything else was stock.

I was told something similar and don't see why the stock parts wouldn't be able to go back on if any potential owner really wanted to CPO the car.

Out of curiosity how did you presale your car and what kind of agreement did you have to work out?

If someone wanted to replace all the mods it may be possible. As far as my pre sale. The P dealer needed some used cars in there inventory, my car had less then 6k miles, Basalt Black and very desirable to the dealer. So whether I bought another car or not he offered me $135K. I did order a 14' TTS but won't get until April. I sold the car early December to the dealer. Personally he paid too much for the car but I am not going to give up a deal when it slaps me in the mouth. In the meantime I will be forced to drive my 2013 BMW 640i GC as my DD.
