for reference, i just bought an 07, 10k miles, PCCB and 20k of mods including stock parts for 78k.

This is a great deal if you do the math. The value of this well equipped GT3 stock would be over $70,000. Then, factor in the fact that you are getting over $50,000 in highly desirable upgrades, not counting installation, for less than $20,000. Someone is going to bring home a amazing machine!
