they are off of a C2...but with small spacers on the rear you can use them on TT

After looking at the Kinesis website not so sure you would be able to use them. Rears are a +64. Turbo calls for +40 and 997 is +58.

Sure you can. My Ruf wheels have a 70mm offset but were installed on a turbo using 27mm spacers in back. They add to unsprung weight though.
