Highly optioned car with a $141k sticker new.
I searched for a while to find a clean gray over natural brown 997 Turbo. I bought this CPO in August of 2013. This is a heavily optioned car and was over $140k new. It has gone through the CPO process twice so has been thoroughly maintained by previous owners and Porsche. I have all records from my ownership and the rest will be in the database.
The condition inside and out is excellent (as the pictures can attest). It's had a clear bra installed on the front since new, so no rock chips. The interior smells great (non-smoker's car) and is in immaculate condition with no stains or tears. The exterior is near perfect with no door dings or scratches of note.
Under the CPO over the last year, Porsche dropped the engine and resealed all coolant hoses on top of the engine. The clutch was changed out at this time to the Sachs 2.5 with a GT3RS lightweight flywheel (still have the OEM clutch and flywheel which isn’t slipping, changed out early due to engine already being out). Porsche has also replaced the clutch slave cylinder within the last year.
I’ve had the car serviced at Roger Beasley Porsche in Austin during my ownership. The spark plugs were changed about 23k miles in addition to regularly scheduled oil changes. The oil and filter were just changed at the dealership and they inspected the car to see if there was anything else they could take care of while it was in the shop (nothing to report).
Michelin Pilot Super Sports are on the car front and rear and are in very good condition (more than 50% tread remaining).
I had a new battery installed within the last month which has a six year warranty.
The car is mostly stock except for a GIAC tune, upgraded Sachs clutch, and a Dension Bluetooth unit for iPod control.
$73,500 with transferable Fidelity warranty and remaining CPO coverage.

Thanks for all the compliments...it really is an amazing car. I wish I had more garage space. It is also available without the Fidelity warranty for a discounted price. PM me for details.

At this price, there's no reason to buy without Fidelity warranty. JESUS, why couldn't this come around in about a year when I'll be ready
