Up for sale is my beloved 2010 GT3 with full 4.0 engine build kit.* If you have any seat time at all in any gt3 variant, you will be blown away by this car.* I owned this car since 2013, and owned it at the same time as a 2014 991 GT3 thinking I would sell the 4.0 and keep the 991 gt3.* Needless to say, after getting the 991 back from the factory engine replacement warranty campaign and realizing how much more fun the 4.0 was to drive, I sold the 991 gt3 and kept the 4.0.* I have seat time in every U.S. GT3 variant since the 996 gt3 (my buddy has owned several different GT3 versions and I have a bunch of seat time in them all), and this car will utterly lay waste to any of them (including an OEM 4.0 GT3 RS, which candidly did not feel nearly as impressive as my 4.0, especially in the torque category).* The car pulls extremely hard, but still retains the nimble and responsive throttle response and handling that gt3's are known for (all with more torque!).* I am a fanatical and obsessive sports car and Porsche enthusiast and value driving "feel" and response above almost everything else, and I absolutely love this car.* The car is incredibly nimble with many of the weight reducing mods, and is as responsive and tight as any sports car I have ever driven, by a long shot.* Professional, mature, car enthusiast owner who has owned multiple highly modified 996/997 turbos among many other Porsches and sports cars (multiple GTR's, 800hp ZO6, multiple M5's and M3's, etc. . .).* Only reason for sale is that I picked up this car to track, and just never felt great tracking such a nice (and valuable) car, so I picked up a fully track prepped Euro e36 M3 to scratch that itch with no regrets or fears regarding the financial hit that would occur if I wadded it up against a wall!* Also, to be candid, I have car ADD and need to thin the herd a bit to accommodate my new-to-me 2013 6-speed Lamborghini lp-560 (among a few others).* There are literally too many goodies on this car to list them all (it would cost over 200k to replicate this car), but below is the important stuff.

There is some "track rash" in the area of the rear fenders, but nothing that could not be addressed by a good detail guy.* Some scrapes on the front spoiler that are not overly noticeable.* Rock chips are very minimal ( front bumper was sprayed about 2.5 years ago).

I know this car very well. It is insane fun to drive and the experience has all of the positives of the gt3 package, but with great power and torque. When I would go from driving this car back to my (now sold) 997.1 gt3, I felt like I was back in my old 98 boxster! Great seller, great enthusiast, and great car.

 

Just reviewed your entire post and I thoroughly feel this is the best 997.2 GT3 for sale right now. The price makes it that much more enticing. Good luck with sale!!

Ha...that's not a towel...there is a guy on rennlist that makes these and they are custom made (with attachment straps) for leather race seat bolsters that can otherwise get hammered upon entry and exit.
