Are the Black wheels on the car at the gas station the ones that come with the car?

And I assume the top is non-removable?

The wheels in the gas station pic are the original Comp wheels that..yes would come with the car.
Yes the C6ZR1 has a fixed carbon fiber roof.

On the 345 Invo's..yes the car will lose traction at highway speeds. The 345 R888R on the other hand will hook from a 40 but it's pretty violent.
