Up for sale is my low mileage 2015 BMW M3 in Yas Marina Blue with Sakhir Orange/Black Extended Merino leather interior with a carbon fiber roof. This color combo is beautiful and extremely rare and desirable and I haven't seen another for sale since I purchased mine and I check often. The car just rolled over 31k miles.

I am the second owner and have only owned the car for about 6 months. I only use it to drive to work which is just a few miles away so I haven't put much mileage on it so just about 2k miles under my ownership.
The car has a clean carfax with no accidents. Title is clear, but I do have a lien. I'm looking to sell because I want to purchase a home soon and in preparation of applying for a mortgage I want to lower my DTI as much as possible. I searched high and low for this car and it's unfortunate that I have to let it go now, my plan was the keep it long term, but I have to get my priorities in order. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this car, I promise! No leaks, no noises, no issues.
This car has a twin turbo S55 inline-six and 7 speed M Double Clutch Transmission. The engine is rated at 425 horsepower and 406 lb-ft of torque. The car is stock and unmodified and heaps of fun to drive. It's definitely a headturner and people are always stopping me to compliment or ask me questions about it.
The paint shines beautifully and the interior compliments it so well. The interior and exterior have no obvious defects and I would rate them both a 9/10.
The car is all up to date on service and maintenance and needs nothing but a new owner.
