It's time to let go of my original, single-owner 997.1 Carrera 4S after more than 16 years of garage kept ownership.

This car has been properly maintained, regularly and professionally cleaned, paint protected and corrected, and more.
I have ALL service records.

Maintenance has mainly been done by Porsche Dealers (Circle, Newport, and Irvine), with the last couple years of oil changes and minor items done by local porsche shops. The car was most recently serviced at Porsche Irvine in July 2024, with oil change completed, multi-point inspection completed, and everything checked out and working fine.

The car has no mechanical issues. Tires are at 70% life. Brakes are good.

It's an incredibly clean vehicle with no dings, clean title, no accidents. Just a few minor rock chips on the front which are to be expected with a 16 year old vehicle.

The sticker on the vehicle was $123k, bought new from Circle Porsche in long beach.

Reason for sale: Making room for another 911 that I have on order.

The only modifications on this vehicle are a rennline wireless charger, window tint, and GT3 Cup lip purchased from FVD.
