Selling my unicorn low miles 2004 911 996 Turbo cab X50 with manual transmission

Year: 2004
Make: Porsche
Model: 911
Price: $75000
Mileage: 29750
Color: Seal Grey Met.
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): NJ
Transmission: Manual

Asking $75,000.

Overall:
- mileage: 29,750
- seal grey metallic with two-tone black / grey full leather
- owned since June 2016, bought from Porsche of Parsippany (NJ) at ~22.5k miles, I am the third owner
- clean carfax, clear title in hand, never accidented
- MSRP: $155,470 (one of the highest out there)
- highlights: manual, X50 option, tasteful performance improvements (can be removed if desired)
- location: Paramus NJ
- VIN: WP0CB29964S675978

List of options:
- rare factory x50 turbo power kit (~$18k new, making stock 450 hp with upgraded turbos, air intake cooler, electronic control unit, exhaust system and a strengthened transmission)
- full leather interior with Porsche crest in headrests
- aluminum package interior including steering wheel and brake handle

Exterior:
- 8.5/10. Minor rock chips in the front bumper and one minor scratch in the back bumper (barely visible on photos)
- missing Porsche logo in two center caps (bought but not installed yet)

Interior:
- 8.5/10. In great condition, with slight discoloration on the side of the passager seat (not very visible)
- upgraded interior with latest Porsche PCCM+ installed by a professional (total cost of $2,212) giving it a modern look and for better usage (apple car play and all)
- laser radar detector (front and back) installed by prior owner

Engine & exhaust:
- the X50 engine is absolutely fantastic in stock version (450 hp). However on June 2023 (at 29,200 miles), after many years of running stock, I looked looked for a bit more excitement and upgraded:
- the ECU a with Softronic tune (+ 90 hp, $1,580; link: [url=https://www.softronicsoftware.com/996-turbo-gt2-performance-software/]https://www.softronicsoftware.com/996-turbo-gt2-performance-software/ and added a BMC filter
- and Carnewal exhaust (+ 17 hp); $4,607; link: http://www.carnewal.com/products/996Turbo/p96216/996Turbo-GT2-Carnewal-GT-Exhaust). The Carnewal exhaust for the 996TT gives a nice flat 6 sound, a typical Porsche growl. It looks just like stock on the outside but on the inside, the internals are modified and the stock catalytic convertors have been replaced by two HJS 100 cell high flow sport cats. It makes the car a bit louder on idle and low rpm, there is a little increase on higher rpm. The result is a deeper sound with no reasonable, and it is not overly loud or anti-social.

In my mind this was the best combination to unleash more power from the car (currently running around 560 hp) while remaining reasonable, and trying to match the exhaust note to an air-cooled 911, as opposed to completely changing the line and having a non Porsche exhaust note.

Upgrades are easily removable if desired

Maintenance history:
- June 2023 (29.2k miles): installed the Porsche PCCM+ unit ($2,212), Carnewal exhaust ($2,286 installation + $2,321 cost of exhaust = $4,607) + 4 new Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires ($1,572) + Softronic tune ($1,580) + new airbox with BMC filter ($302) + oil change ($376) + low note horn change ($341) + smart model ($124; allows for top to open with one touch only) + brake fluid change ($249) + new battery ($271) + New York State inspection
- June 2022 (28.9k miles): oil change + cabin filters + New York State inspection
- June 2021 (28.3k miles): New York State inspection
- June 2020 (27.9k miles): oil change + brake fluid flush + New York State inspection
- June 2019 (27.8k miles): New York State inspection
- May 2018 (27.4k miles): changed air filter + cabin filter + spark plugs + oil change + brake fluids + ignition coils + cabin filter + New York State inspection
- June 2017 (25.6k miles): New York State inspection
- June 2016 (22.5k miles): before delivery to me, the car received a full service + wipers change + battery change + oil change + cabin filter + reseal cam cover + 4 new tires + replace spoiler system + New York State inspection

Will be doing service soon and update the listing afterwards

Other:
- car always parked in a covered garage and with a battery maintainer
- as seen on the miles history, it is not driven much but at least once every few weeks
- reason for selling: our little princess recently arrived and we are not able to enjoy the car as a family like we want

Test drives possible upon proof of funds.

Let me know any questions

Alex
