Lease Takeover: 2005 Range Rover HSE
I've previously posted this, and the SUV is now on swapalease. I really want to move this car quickly before I get into a new house. I also need a 7 seater!
If you don’t want this SUV, but refer me a qualified buyer who takes over the lease, I’ll Paypal you $500.
Specs: HSE model with heated steering wheel option.
Color: Adriatic blue (midnight blue) with a tan leather interior with the blue piping.
Payment: $1097.06/month (includes 8.25% tax) (incentive reduces this to under $1000)
Duration: 21-22 months left on lease.
Mileage allowance: 10K/year. The SUV currently has about 20K miles. I will pay the new lessee for the difference in miles since we are currently over the mileage allowance.
Warranty: 4 year / 50000, so the vehicle is covered even after the lease expires.
Other: MSRP of the vehicle was $75150. Residual value at the end of the lease is $39,524.55.
Qualifications: To take over the lease through LR finance, you'd need 700+ credit, no money down, pay a $75 transfer fee
As many will testify, this is a great SUV. I’ve already put in new brakes.
Serious inquiries only. If you have questions or want pictures, you may PM me or email me at chiliran @ yahoo . com.
Thanks all.

Guys - what will it take to move this? I've looked on swapalease and with my incentive I think this is a pretty good deal. Any suggestions/criticisms?
Let me know if anybody's interested. I'd be willing to consider picking up someone else's lease (if it's the right car/SUV) -- or if somebody has an 05.5 or 2006 Audi S4 they'd need to unload, I would be willing to buy it -- if that's what it'd take to do this deal.
Talk to me.
