How the hell do you tear your ACL and UCL playing baseball??

i'm so confused...

 

Tore my acl with a bunt play down 3rd baseline. Bang Bang play so i was in a hurry. My cleat stuck in the ground when i was turn to throw to first base. Pop, that was the end of that.
Ucl was just wear and tear. Felt it on a curve. Pop that was the end of that. LOL

So now you know

 

I feel ya. Tore my acl, mcl and tricep playing hockey. (not all at once)

I know it's a bit O/T but I've just started ice-skating since my daughter is taking up figure skating. I thought I would get the hang of things this late in life so I bought some Hockey skates and almost wipped out a couple of times since they didnt' have the figure skating spikes I was using as rentals.

I'm getting better at stopping, going fast and turning but I still can't figure out how to skate backwards. . . . I guess it's just a matter of time. I think I should be better in 6 months.
