how come you decided to chrome it, if they polished almost have a similar look? i heard it is easier to clean- was that a reason?

 

The chrome is way better. Doesn't leave rain spots and is easier to keep clean.

As Habitat said above, chrome is way better in so many ways...easier to clean and maintain, never dulls like the polished lip, you don't have to re polish every month, rain spots are a non issue, and the chrome lip is much brighter..The only disadvantage is polished lips that are not clear coated can be repaired if you scrape them, chrome has to be sent out to re chrome

what about high polish lips with clear coat.than are they manantince free ? and than will they get dull ?. i have a set of hre's 19'' 543 from my m3, they are high polish w/o clear coat,and are a real ***** to polish .and crome mite make the wheeles heavier?also can you explain what is tpms bands? you say they come off and new type embeded into wheels.could you please clairafy,and inform me about this , thanks
