My 2006 E55 is now up for sale. Another option is to take over my lease. Here is some info about the car.

The car currently has 16,xxx miles on it. I bought it in January of 2006 with 3400 miles on it. The car was sold as new, not used. There are 47 months remaining on the lease with a mileage allowance of 12k per year.

or
70k stock, or just take over my lease payments of $1,059/month including CA tax

Hate to be the one who brings this to your attention but If you are going to get someone to assume your lease you are going to have to leave the options you added and not expect money to you, just an assumption.
most buyers looking to assume lease are all looking for incentives (cash) to take over leases.
