2002 GT2 for sale
#16
You guys must have stolen that thing to be selling it for $94k.
That is by far the best deal on a GT2 I have ever seen.

guys, i have no idea how this happened. The price of the car is $125,000. I did not post this on a Sunday at 11pm. The person that post's our cars online for us is no longer going to post for 6speed.
I will be doing everything , in regards to Manhattan Motor Cars.
Once again, i really apologize for this.

Not a good first "for sale" post as a sponsor.... No wonder you had so many PMs.

Steve I like you but I have to call bull**** on this one. You posted after the start of the thread (Reply's look to personal to me) so I do not believe your internet guy did this thread. Please don't take it personally but it is always better to come clean and say you screwed up. I know this may not come over well with you and your friends but I have to call a spade a spade.
Aloha and good luck.

remember on my Sig, how it said future GT2 owner ?
If there was a gt2 that i was SELLING for $94,000, and i would obviosly own it for less... don't you think I would personally jump on it.
Our internet guy put the same car for sale on lambo power aswell.

I spoke with Steve this morning at exactly 721 am west coast time. He informed me that I was second in line to buy the vehicle and said that a gentlemen called within ten minutes of "STEVE" posting the ad. He was giving the gentlemen ahead of me until 12pm east coast time to put a 5000 dollar deposit on the car and if he didnt come through then I would be given a chance to buy it. As a result, I had a buddy of mine (local sales manager) call manhattan motorcars in order to speak with the sales manager. Sales manager informed him that the price was a misprint and it was for sale for 125k. The sales manager also stated that whomever posted the ad was in a steaming heap of **** because of the number of phone calls they had received as of this morning. I spoke with steve at 9am west coast time and he informed me that the gentlemen had come through with the deposit and the car was sold (he also offered to look around for more gt2's in the same price range haha). Steve never stated that the price was a misprint and that the car was actually still for sale for 125k. Steve also edited his post at 1:08 am which stated this, "note to self never leave phone number on a gt2 ad posted at 1134 in the evening" (east coast time). It is more than obvious that Steve put up the wrong price, I suspect that 94k may be the price manhattan motorcars took the car at on trade in, though this is purely conjecture. Steve seems like a nice guy and I have nothing against him, but using this unkown internet guy as a scapegoat is childish even for a 24 year old. Honesty is always the best policy, if I were you I would clear my name now, as most cash buyers like myself do not appreciate being given the run around nor fed a handful of lies.

we actually own that car for $120k, not 94,000 , and the porsche manager was the one who told me there was a deposit on the car.
i did not know about this car being posted, just that it was posted on 6speed and that there was already a deposit on it when you called. That's the reason I called you back. If i was being a flake , i would just say that the car was sold and let this thread die.
im not a ******* like that Grett. the members on here that actually know me from meets and events know i am FAR FROM a "typical salesman"
i have too much time on here, and have earned enough respect to not lie to the guys here, including you.
please accept my apologies as, this is ultimately my fault.
but from here on out, no one else will be posting anything regarding manhattan motor cars sales...
and anything whatsoever that is posted, is something i will take full responsibility for.
