FS: 1980 911 SC Race Car
This is a 1980 911 SC with the factory steel 911 Turbo fenders and lightweight Turbo front and rear bumpers and 3.8 tail.
Modifications include:
Peter Dawe 3.2 Liter race engine
Twin Plug Head
Electromotive Ignition
SSI Heat Exchangers
Twin Triple Throat Webber Carbs
Black anodized 18" Fikse wheels
Yokohama Racing Slicks
Carbon Fiber Hood
Carbon Fiber Wing
Complete 930 Braking System
Fully Welded in Roll Cage
Two OMP "Grip" Seats with 5 point Harness'
Fire Supression System
Fuel Cell
Upgraded Torsion Bars
Lexan Rear Window and Rear Side Windows with Air Scoops

I purchased this car last year from the VP of the Porsche dealership that I use. He built the car and raced it up until his recent purchase of a GT3 Cup car.
Unfortunately, when I bought the car, I had more time in my schedule to use it, but regrettably I have yet had time to take it to the track. I therefore am selling it until I have enough time to properly utilize a car like this. I would love to keep it because of the great condition it is in and how well it was built, but I think it belongs in the hands of someone that is going to drive it for what it was built for.

It would be very expensive to try and duplicate a car like this, and its condition for a race car I would rate as excellent.
I am pricing the car at $45,000 and will include all of the additional parts listed above.

The car was built for DEs, but I was told it could probably qualify for GT2S with some more weight pulled out of it.

Wow this car looks great . You should just keep it and use it fopr track days w/ poc.
