I have a perfect condition (worked GREAT in my car) FVD ECU with the Stage 3 FVD 540 HP software on it. If you have a K24 car.......this software is awesome.Never a CEL. I upgraded to the 570 HP. It's sitting in my office and I will let it go for $1100. THAT'S a deal....I believe just the ECU is worth more than that. Like getting the software for free. I prefer this to the cable upload method as it allows you to keep and store your original factory ECU while you are using the FVD ECU. This provides a huge improvement over stock. Really amazing.....
You will have to send it to a Tuner to have it reprogramed with your VIN#.....I recomend Imagine Automotive as when I did it.....I overnighted it Wed afternoon and had it back in my hands Fri.

If it has factory K24 turbos it will. Since yours is a 2001 you would have had to
add them.
