Champion RS98 for 997 Widebody 19x8.5, 19x11.5
I just picked these up and the seller was in error as to the offsets. So, I'm trying to pass them along to somebody with a widebody 997.
Perfect / new condition Champion RS98 wheels: 19x8.5 et 53 fronts, 19x11.5 et 44 rears. Fit 997 Turbo, GT3RS, C4, C4S, etc. Delivery miles only - so they are as-new. Everyone raves about these and they really are as light as claimed. I understand about 18 lbs front and 19 lbs rear - significantly lighter than oem lobster claws.
Comes with TPMS mounted, a $500 value (no tires). These would look and work great with a set of 235/305 tires...
Wheels new were about $5,400 plus $500 for TPMS is almost $6k in value. I'm asking $3,700 including TPMS plus shipping or you can pick up in Central CT.

If you look at Champion's web site, the fitment for the rears is the exact same, 19x11.5 et 44. The front is nominally different, where the 996 shows 19x8 et 46 and for the 997 C4S 19x8.5 et 53. If you adjust for the 1/2" in width, it will appear as et 47.6 (1/2 of the 1/2" on either side of the hub is about 3.25mm each direction). Also, if you look up both cars at a place like tire rack, you'll see the same 19x8.5 wheel for the fronts of both in et 50 for 996 and et 55 for 997. That means in the 996 it would "stick out" 5mm more (which is less than 1/4"). These Champions have et 53, which is just 3mm "inboard" of where the BBS RS-GT would sit and 3mm is less than 1/8 of an inch, which is insignificant. Worst case - use a 1/8" spacer up front.
Pricing Update: I need these to sell ASAP, so I'm adjusting the price to $3700 including TPMS.

Deal just got better - need to move them this week, so $3500 now! Somebody buy these and resell later in the spring for a profit...

That is such a good price, I don't know why they haven't been snapped up long before now. If they fit my narrow body you'd be rid of them by now. Wonderful looking wheels, and light weight. Good luck.
