FS: Clear Boxster Headlights (Non-Litronic).

I found a set off my old Boxster from back in the day. Clear with perfected lense covers. One inner headlight has the common Porsche yellowing.

Pics located here:

PM me here if you want them, or make me an offer.

Aren't you missing the small corner pieces of the head lights?? I believe they are supposed to be attached to the unit?

They are not missing, you can purchase them with or without those items. New, the items are about 28 bux each I believe.

Thanks

The only reason I'm a little hesitant is that that I have the same lights but with the amber on the bottom. When I took the lights off the car and examined the corner pieces, they where part of the head light unit. By this I mean they where not just clipped in place ( like yours ) but there was a plastic bond holding them to the head light unit ( I broke the small corner piece on the passenger side head light and had to clip them back into the respective holes and then use a bonding agent to make sure it hold ). I have never seen the little corner pieces for sale individually and I can only go by what I have seen with my own eyes. I'm not saying I don't believe you but I just need a little more confidence in what I am spending my money on. I know for a fact that with my lights they are a solid piece and when I broke the corner piece and went to set it back on the light that if I didn't use a bonding agent the first bump I hit and that little corner piece would be gone.

Hey bud,

No need to beleive me, just do a search for any 996 with headlight washers and you will know why this part is not there. It clips on and off, there is no glue. You just need to be careful when you remove it.

Porsche Part Number: 996-631-045-00-M14
(Non Headlight Washer Cars Boxster/996)

Pelican Parts Price: $18.75 Each

Google is our friend

Thanks

Thanks for the info....Like I said earlier, I believe what you're saying. I'm just a little confused then, how my head light washers are attached to the base of the light. They have the same little clips and holes to hold the washer in place but I broke the bond with one of them and before I re-bonded it, it would clip back in but it was loose. May I ask what happened to your washers??

It would probably help if you put a price. Yes the corner pieces can be bought plain, or with washer holes. I just bought a pair just like this from a guy on this forum for $600.00. A little much, but picked them up locally, so saved on shipping. FLAT6.. better off on EBAY...they sell like crazy!!!

Ya I know they sell like hotcakes on Ebay, I just wanted our community to get first dibs. Ebay it is.

As for price, I was thinking about $450 or so. Thanks for the heads up.

450 is too much. RH light seems to have burn marks on it, not repairable from what i gather.

minus burn mark, i would def give ya 450.

That is true IF the set is intact. He has a burn mark on them. I've seen sets such as his sell for only $250-350.
