It is a friend of mine, he said it would fit a 996. But it came off his 04' GT3.

if it fits a GT3 996 it "will" fit a regular 996... ask any of the vendors. fabspeed, awe, etc.

I spoke with B&B, they said the exhaust would fit 996. The difference in
GT3 & 996 is the headers. Headers will not interchange...Exhaust will fit.
Good deal for someone!

Called B&B and talked to someone in the technical department. I was told it won't fit my 1999 996, so I'm out. Good luck on your sale.
