Just sold the Cayman S last month and replaced it with an 08 M3 so these have to go!

H&R Coilover suspension for 987 Cayman/Boxter

These were on the car for approx 1 year/10K and were used to daily drive/commute in. They've never been abused or seen the track.

Looking to get $650 local or $700 shipped in the US for them and highly prefer a local sale. I'm located in So Cal (Huntington Beach area).

What's the difference in ride and whatsoever, if you installed the H&R coilover vs the H&R springs only?

 

I'm not exactly sure, since I never put springs on the Cayman. The only car I ever put springs on was my S2000 and highly regretted it. I never got the ride height I wanted and the front was lower than the rear.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with these and are a great buy compared to spending $300-$400 for just springs.

 

The coilover is "tuned" with the shocks and springs as a matched set. The ride is almost always better than when you change just the springs and keep the stock shocks. Handling with the coilovers should also be much improved. HTH
