How does this shifter compare with the B& M? I had one & finally removed it due too frustration with notchy shifts. I have a gt3 997 shifter fitted to my 996nb & noticed that the shifting was much smoother, but sloppy. I put in the agency power shifter link which tightened up the throw a little, but there still is some lateral play once in gear. I think the likage with your kit helps with the lateral play. Suncoast has a similar part & indicates this. I may take the kit just for the linkage. let me know.
